We aim to dispatch all in-stock orders within 1–3 business days of purchase. If you require your order sooner, please contact us at contact@tomafashion.co.uk and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

We offer Free Express UK delivery for orders £250 and up.

Shipping costs are charged at a flat rate and will be applied at checkout.
International customers are responsible for the payment of any customs duties, taxes or import fees charged by their local authorities. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
If you refuse delivery due to unpaid customs duties or taxes, the original shipping costs, return shipping costs and any customs charges incurred will be deducted from your refund.
PRE - ORDERS
Please refer to the product page for the estimated dispatch date of any pre-order item.
If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, we will normally ship everything together once the pre-order item becomes available.
If you would prefer to receive your in-stock items first, please contact contact@tomafashion.co.uk and we will be happy to arrange a split shipment where possible. Additional shipping charges may apply.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking details.
Orders are processed on business days only (Monday–Friday), excluding UK public holidays.
Please note that deliveries to remote or rural locations may require additional transit time.
Whilst we always aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe, TOMA cannot be held responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs clearance or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
