Bespoke Service Policy
BESPOKE SERVICE POLICY
At TOMA, our bespoke service is a deeply personal and collaborative experience. Each garment is thoughtfully designed and meticulously crafted to reflect your individual vision, ensuring a piece that is entirely unique to you.
To maintain clarity and transparency, please review the details of our bespoke process below.
The Consultation
Your initial consultation is offered on a complimentary basis. This is an opportunity to explore your ideas, aesthetic preferences, and the vision behind your piece. During this stage, we will discuss design direction, fabrics, silhouettes, and craftsmanship, followed by a preliminary quotation.
Should you wish to proceed, a non-refundable design retainer is required. This retainer secures your booking within our atelier and covers the creative development, sourcing, and technical design work involved in producing your bespoke concept. Upon confirmation of your order, the retainer will be deducted from your final balance.
Pricing & Payment
Final pricing is confirmed once all design details have been approved. Please note that shipping and any additional services are not included unless otherwise specified.
Full payment must be received in line with the agreed timeline prior to production commencing. As each piece is individually crafted, timelines are carefully scheduled to ensure the highest standard of workmanship.
Made Exclusively For You
Every TOMA bespoke garment is made-to-order and tailored precisely to your measurements and specifications. Due to the personalised nature of this service, bespoke pieces are non-returnable and non-refundable.
We are committed to exceptional craftsmanship and a flawless finish. Should any minor refinements be required upon completion, our atelier will gladly discuss appropriate adjustments to ensure your garment meets the highest expectations. However, refunds cannot be issued on bespoke commissions.
Cancellations & Legal Notice
In accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, the statutory right to cancel does not apply to goods that are bespoke or personalised to a customer’s specification.
As each garment is created exclusively for you, cancellations, returns, and refunds are not accepted once production has commenced, except in the unlikely event that an item is deemed faulty.
